Our client situated in the Byward market is looking for 36 Bilingual Information Officers to join their short term project.
 
Are you interested in current events?
Do you have call centre and/or customer service experience?

You will be answering inbound calls and delivering information to the general public in both English and French.

Must have requirements:
- Call centre or customer service experience
- Fluently bilingual in both official languages (Written and oral)
- Criminal check required or security clearance an asset
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts between 6:30AM and 1:00AM Monday to Friday (weekend work)
