If you are looking for a client engineering role within a well-established global company, then look no further! There are 2 positions to fill!
You will be supporting global clients by providing technical expertise. These will range from moderate level to a more complex nature; these queries may take a few weeks to a month to resolve so strong engineering / networking experience and knowledge is required. You will be dealing with queries by phone and email and there is a solid internal support network to resolve complex issues.
What you need:
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
- Experience resolving customer issues
- 4 + years of customer support experience
- Knowledge of Linux and File Systems
- Ability to analyse traces and logs
- Networking experience
- Knowledge of cryptography concepts, PKI, Certificates, Keys, PKCS standards
- Database skills, SQL or Oracle
- Knowledge of either C++ or Java (having both is a good asset)
