Position: Accounting Clerk
Location: Richmond Hill
Job Type: Permanent

Our client has been in business for over 25 years and has offices in North America and overseas. They are a leader in innovative designs and stellar performance. They are looking for an Accounting Clerk with strong Microsoft Excel with at least 1 year of relevant experience. This is a full-time permanent position that is located in Richmond Hill.

Responsibilities:

- Review order expeditor
- Investigate short payments and deductions
- Submit shipping documents
- Post vendor invoices
- Prepare expected cash flow report
- Prepare weekly sales report
- Review invoicing  (US and Canada) – you will ensure all trailers are closed and billed
- Print and sort invoices
- Stamp and file all sales orders
- Process credit
