Purpose
This policy outlines Quantum’s approach to preventing, identifying, and addressing fraudulent job postings. It is intended to promote transparency, protect candidates, and ensure the integrity of job postings published on Quantum’s websites.
Scope
This policy applies to all job postings published on any website owned, operated, or managed by Quantum and its affiliated entities (including, for example, Quantum Technology Recruiting and Alternacare), including roles posted on behalf of clients.
Policy Statement
Quantum is committed to ensuring that all publicly advertised job postings on its website are accurate, legitimate, and authorized. Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive job postings are strictly prohibited.
Controls and Oversight
- All job postings are created, reviewed, and managed internally by authorized team members.
- External parties, including clients, do not have the ability to independently post job advertisements on Quantum’s website.
- Job postings are reviewed to confirm they represent legitimate opportunities and contain accurate information.
Prohibited Content
The following are not permitted:
- Job postings that are false, misleading, or not associated with a legitimate opportunity
- Postings intended to collect personal information under false pretenses
- Any content that may be considered deceptive or fraudulent
Candidate Pooling and Future Opportunities
- Job postings for candidate pooling or future opportunities are permitted, provided they are clearly identified as such and do not imply the existence of an active or immediate role.
- Such postings must accurately reflect the nature of the opportunity and must not mislead candidates as to the timing, availability, or likelihood of placement.
Reporting and Review
- Individuals who believe a job posting may be fraudulent or misleading are encouraged to report it to: info@quantum.ca, and the inquiry will be directed to the appropriate team for review.
- Reported postings will be reviewed promptly, assessed for validity, and where appropriate, removed, corrected, or escalated internally for further action
Enforcement
Quantum reserves the right to remove any job posting that does not comply with this policy.
Review and Updates
This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements or business practices.
