We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join a growing team in Mississauga. This is a hands-on role focused primarily on order picking, inventory handling, packing and shipping, with regular forklift operation. The ideal candidate has strong order-picking accuracy and is confident operating both Reach and Counterbalance forklifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Put stock away and assist with inventory organization
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment
- Assist with general warehouse and material handling duties
- Operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts as required
- Use RF scanners (training provided) as the company transitions to SAP
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse

Qualifications:

- Previous warehouse experience with strong order-picking accuracy
- Valid Reach and Counterbalance forklift licences with hands-on operating experience (willingness to obtain training) 
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally, with assisted lifting equipment available
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn RF scanning systems
- Dependable, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
